In this article, you will learn how to roll over the traffic of a purchased subscription.
When purchasing a Froxy subscription, the client has the bonus of the traffic rollover of the purchased service before its expiration. This means the client can save all unused traffic you paid for and use it in the next period.
IMPORTANT: When rolling the traffic over of a purchased service, you need to know the following:
- Renew on time.
You must top up your balance before the subscription expires or forcibly renew it before it expires (this does not work when reactivating). - Use the remaining traffic.
Use all the traffic, not just part of it! We have ensured that all unused traffic in the current billing period is rolled over to the next renewal period of the tariff plan. You can use this unique option to access all available traffic on all proxy tariff plans. The traffic rollover function also works on scrapers.
Traffic Rollover and the Subscription Renewal
To roll the traffic over, auto-renewal must occur, or the client must manually renew the services BEFORE the expiration of the current subscription.
To renew on time before the subscription expires, follow the steps:
- Find your subscription in your account and click Manage.
- Click on Edit Subscription.
- Select the action you need in the Subscription Configurator field.
Traffic Rollover and Subscription Balance
To roll the traffic over, you must also have sufficient funds for the subscription cost on your Account Balance. If you need to top up your Account Balance, follow these steps:
- Click the profile icon in your account and select Billing from the drop-down list.
- In the Billing → the Account Balance section, click Add funds.
- In the open window, top up your account by selecting a payment method and entering the amount.
- Click Continue and make the payment.
