You'll learn where to find the proxy settings, how to enter connection information, and how to troubleshoot common connection issues. **Telegram** is one of the most popular messaging platforms for communities and business contacts. In certain situations, connection quality or service access may be affected by network conditions or regional restrictions. Using a proxy can improve connection stability and make Telegram more user-friendly. **Froxy** proxies can be configured directly in Telegram using the built-in proxy settings. To connect, you need to specify the **server** and **port**. Depending on the selected authorization type, you will also need to enter a **username** and **password** or first add the device's IP address to the IP **Whitelist** in the Froxy control panel. ### How to Set Up a Froxy Proxy in Telegram on macOS To **set up a Froxy proxy in Telegram**, follow these steps: 1. Open Telegram on your macOS device. 2. From the proposed protocols, select SOCKS5 - a universal protocol that is supported by many applications. In this setup, only Telegram traffic passes through it. 5.
