The entire process typically takes no more than 3 minutes, and after verification, you'll be able to take advantage of all Froxy features.
If an issue arises or an error occurs, please contact us. You can just email us or contact the Froxy support center, and we'll help you with verification again.
Who Processes Your Documents?
We work with Sumsub, a professional KYC partner trusted by banks, fintech companies, and other full-cycle verification platform partners. The company is licensed and fully GDPR-compliant.
We never store your documents on our own servers. All data is processed and stored securely by Sumsub.
How Is Your Data Protected?
Your documents:

- Are securely stored by Sumsub and only for the period required by law.
- Are never stored on our servers and are not directly accessible to us.
