However, we’ll explain why KYC is important, how it works, and how we protect your data. ### What Is KYC? **KYC** (**Know Your Customer**) is a basic identity verification process used by most reputable platforms that process payments and financial transactions. This verification protects your account and prevents it from being used for fraud or other illegal activities. ### Why Do We Ask You to Complete KYC? Before AI, we handled the moderation ourselves. Now, you can see the KYC request in your Personal Account. Don't worry — it doesn't mean you've done anything wrong! It simply means our system has detected something (such as unusual payment behavior or a violation of local regulations) and wants to ensure everything is in order. The entire process typically takes no more than 3 minutes, and after verification, you'll be able to take advantage of all Froxy features. If an issue arises or an error occurs, please contact us.
