If you want to use our services without interruption, we’d like to offer you using Balance.
Balance provides you with a lot of options: cryptocurrencies, bank cards, and others. We’re working on expanding payment methods for you.
By adding funds to your Balance you don’t need to save your card for all the future payments: every balance replenishment is independent, so it’s only you to decide when to add funds.
Adding funds to the Balance is very simple:
- Enter the Billing section in your Personal Account.
- Click the Add Funds button.
- Choose the currency you would like to use for payment.
- Enter an amount you would like to add to your Balance.
- Follow the next instructions. After a bit of time, your funds will be added to your balance.
If you have initiated a refund according to our SLA, all funds will be refunded to your payment source which was chosen for this payment. For example, if you have paid via card, refunded credits will fall on your card.
Notice: you can’t initiate a refund for a payment performed fully or partially with Promotional credits.
