Account balance

In this article, we've collected data about the basic payment method and the account balance - crediting, promotional coupons, refunds, etc.

If you do not want to apply your card for recurring payments we’d like to offer you using Balance.

Balance provides you with a lot more options: cryptocurrencies, Alipay and others. We’re working on expanding payment methods for you.

By adding funds to your Balance you don’t need to save your card for all the future payments: every balance replenishment is independent, so it’s only you to decide when to add funds.

Adding funds to the Balance is very simple:

• Enter the Billing section in your Personal Account.
• Click the Add Funds button.
• Choose the currency you would like to use for payment.
• Enter an amount you would like to add to your Balance.
• Follow the next instructions. After a bit of time, your funds will be added to your balance.

If you combine basic payment methods (cards) with the Balance, you need to know that firstly, funds will be issued from the Balance. And if there are not enough funds on your Balance, your card will be applied. We recommend not to use combined payment methods (cards or Balance, not both).

If you have initiated a refund according to our SLA, all funds will be refunded to your payment source which was chosen for this payment. For example, if you have paid via card, refunded credits will fall on your card.

Notice: you can’t initiate a refund for a payment performed fully or partially with Promotional credits.
