# How Do Mobile Proxies Work?

## The operation of mobile proxies with the preservation of anonymity on the Internet and in social networks - the main information about it in this article.

A [mobile proxy](https://froxy.com/en/mobile-proxies) acts as an intermediary between your request and the destination on the Internet. After sending your request to a website via mobile, the proxy receives it, replaces the IP address with a new one, and sends an updated request to the addressee. As a result, your online privacy is preserved and the Internet resource perceives you as a regular user.
