# Use Proxies with PhantomBuster

## In this article, you will learn how to set up residential and mobile proxies for parsing in PhantomBuster.

To set up a proxy for [parsing in PhantomBuster](https://phantombuster.com/), follow these steps:

1. Open the **PhantomBuster** app.
2. In the top right corner, choose **Proxies options**.

3. We recommend adding proxy list to your PhantomBuster app, as it is the most useful way to use proxies.

4. In the next window, you can set your proxylist name and attach downloaded proxy list from your Froxy Dashboard.  
   **Notice**: your proxylist template should be relevant to the templates PhantomBuster supports.

5. Finally, click **Import** and your integration will be completed!
