Additional Cases
- Trials
- If a customer activates a trial during the promotion, the LOVE14 promo code will automatically be applied to the subscription. The discount will remain if the trial is renewed on time.
- If a trial is canceled (either manually or due to non-payment), the promo code will be removed automatically. It will not apply upon reactivation.
- Upgrades
If a customer has already applied the promo code to an active subscription and then upgrades their plan, the upgrade will be charged at full price. However, the promo code will remain active, so the next renewal will receive the discount.
