Please read these instructions carefully! If you follow all the steps correctly, you will not have any difficulties connecting to and working with a proxy.
To connect a proxy, follow the steps:
- Go to My Subscriptions and find the subscription you need there.
- Click Manage.
- To add the IP address of your device, click Edit in the IP Whitelist field.
- To find out the address of your computer or device, click in the empty settings line of the IP Whitelist section.
- Your current IP will appear in the settings line of the IP Whitelist section.
- Click Save.
It is important always to keep the IP address that you added to IP Whitelist up to date. Your IP address and the address you added to IP Whitelist must match.
To check connection to proxy, follow the steps:
- Select the Country you want to access.
- You can also configure access using Region, City, or Provider for more detailed targeting.
- Copy your Login, Password, Server IP and Port.
- Paste the copied data into FoxyProxy.
Using the Mozilla Firefox browser as an example, we will check the operation of our proxies using the FoxyProxy extension. Install the FireFox browser and use the FoxyProxy utility. - Click Save and check your IP address.
- If you do everything correctly, your IP address will change to your selected region. In our case, the IP changed and showed the Belgium country.
Possible Problems and Their Solutions
If you have problems connecting to a proxy, try the following solutions.
