Pause Subscription

In this article, you will learn when to pause your subscription, what happens when it is on pause, and when to resume it.

Froxy provides the ability to pause your subscription at any time.

  • You can only pause a subscription if it is in the "Active" status.
  • You can pause your subscription without any time or attempt limits.
  • You can also use this feature anytime, at your convenience, without additional charges.

When you pause your subscription:

  1. The expiration of the remaining time is suspended.
  2. Your access to the proxy is suspended.
  3. The next billing date changes proportionally to the pause time.

    Example:

If you have an active subscription with a start date of March 1st and a next billing date of April 1st, and you pause your subscription on March 5th and resume it on March 7th, your next billing date will be April 3rd.
  4. You will not receive an invoice if your next billing date falls when your subscription is paused.
  5. You will be invoiced when you resume your subscription.

    Example:

If you have an active subscription with a start date of March 1st and a next billing date of April 1st, and you pause your subscription on March 30th and resume it on April 3rd, you will not receive an invoice on April 1st, but will receive one when you resume your subscription, i.e., April 3rd.
