When purchasing a Froxy subscription, the client can receive a bonus for the timely renewal of the purchased tariff before its expiration. The bonus is additional traffic within the extended subscription.
To receive a renewal bonus, the following conditions must be met:
- The subscription must be in the Active status.
- Renewal is possible both automatically and manually.
- There must be sufficient funds on the subscription balance.
Subscription Status
To check the subscription status, follow these steps:
- In your personal account, find Subscriptions.
- In the subscription characteristics, you can find a description of its status.
Bonuses and the "Auto-renewal" Function
To receive a bonus, auto-renewal must occur, or the client must manually renew the services BEFORE the expiration of the current subscription. To do this, follow these steps:
- Find your subscription in your personal account and click Manage.
- Click on Edit subscription.
- Select the action you need in the Subscription Configurator.
Subscription Balance
To receive a renewal bonus, you must also have sufficient funds for the subscription cost on your Account Balance. If you need to top up your Account Balance, follow these steps:
- In your personal account, click the profile icon and select Billing from the drop-down list.
- In the Billing → the Account Balance section, click Add funds.
- In the open window, top up your account by selecting a payment method and entering the amount.
- Click Continue and make the payment.
